The study of commerce subjects includes subjects like accounting, statistics and economics. It is often selected by students for the doors it opens to a wide variety of career options. So far, the qualification of Chartered Accountancy was considered as the only great option in the field of commerce as a respectable carrier. Although it still remains so, doors have opened in other equally respectable fields in commerce such as financial analysts, cost and work accountants, bankers, various financial services in banking and non-banking services, tax consultancy, stock broking, financial management and many other related jobs that are being continuously created in this area. Moreover, the study of commerce also gives immense opportunities in the services relating to law, hotel management and government services.
You have to plan in your school days itself and opt for commerce with maths subjects upto 12th class. Thereafter, you can study either as Bachelor of Business Administration, register for study of Chartered Accountancy, Bachelor of Commerce(Pass) or Bachelor of Commerce(Honours). All depends upon your judgement of your own aptitudes and your knowledge and assessment and the exact line you would like to take up after completing some course. Courses in Fashion Technologies in India
India has always been a centre for the textile and garment trade. It is also growing into a centre of innovation in garment and accessory design. Fashion technology has a wide scope for choosing a career. Now the fashion industry has become so specialized that it encompasses a vast field of studies in design, concept management, design production management, quality control, planning, fabric design, printing, fashion accessory design, fashion merchandising, textile science, colour mixing, marketing etc.
The fashion industry consists of market research, designing and manufacturing of garments and textiles. Market research is the primary essential factor in the field of fashion technologies. Unless you do the market research, you cannot think of initiating any project in this field. It gives the basic knowledge of the demand and supply position as well as the improvement required in Indian Fashion Industry and the areas in which you should further start action.
Fashion design is the most important area of work in fashion industry. Designing involves creating original designs after studying the changing trends of the market i.e market research. It has various fields of specialization like garments, footwear, jewelery and even luggage. It is a challenging field as it requires the coordination of various jobs, in small concerns it is usually a one man show but in big organizations the jobs are specialized and allotted to different people. Manufacturing of garments and textiles is the third factor important for those who want to establish themselves as a successful entrepreneurs.

It is advisable to make your own study of the authenticity and utility of the concerned institutes and the courses offered by them before getting into it. You should also enquire about the placement prospects from the website itself, or concerned institute or through your own research. A great benefit of distance learning is that it can be done simultaneously while you are busy in your routine schedule of office work or some other regular course.
